Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 week (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. All shipments may take between 1 to 3 weeks as they are sent directly from our warehouse in China. 

Potential delays may occur during busy times (such as Christmas) due to a high order volume that has to be processed by our team, however all orders will be shipped as quickly as possible.

We cover all VAT and customs payments so you don't get any unexpected fees.

If the tracking says: The package is now with country/region's carrier". Please go to your country/region's carrier website, and track your package with the same tracking number as before.
