Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. All shipments may take between 1 to 4 weeks as they are sent from our overseas manufacturers. 

Potential delays may occur during busy times (such as Christmas) due to a high order volume that has to be processed by our team, however all orders will be shipped as quickly as possible.

The customer is liable for VAT and customs payments. 

When orders contain more than one product, the products will often be sent individually. Shipping times for each product you order may vary. 

If the tracking says: The package is now with country/region's carrier". Please go to your country/region's carrier website, and track your package with the same tracking number as before.
