Where can I track my order?

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation immediately. Here you can find the tracking, and tracking number. You can also use the built in tracking function on our website: Track your order

Keep in mind that the tracking number can take up to a few days before showing in your order confirmation. This will get updated automatically when we recieve the tracking number.

When I track my order, it says it is cancelled.

Some customers get this notification when they try to track their order. This is a common problem, and the solution is to copy the tracking number from the order confirmation email, and type it in on the tracking page on our website

I received the wrong size?

When we sell to our audience outside of Asia, we translate the asian sizes to European / American sizes. This means that if you for example receive a sweater in the size XXL but you ordered a L, the size should still be the right fit for you!

If the clothing still don't fit, let us know and we can arrange a return.
